first off. you need to decide what carrier you will use … as in T-mobile, Verizon, AT&T, etc. Once you figure this out, then you can move onto phones. in my opinion, a simple motorola flip phone will work just as well as any smart phone. I used to have a Motorola Razr V3t and i could conference, send and receive lots of text messages, answer quickly just by flipping the phone open. Smart phones can be alot to handle, business wise. If you got a smart phone for your own personal use that would be wonderful, but to use it in a place of business, you are better off just getting a nice flip phone. very easy to text with and you can make/have your conference calls. The minutes/messaging amount would all depend what carrier you went with.
