Initializing Meet-Me calls ties down the “initializers” phone. Is there anyway to create an extension that automatically initializes meet-me, then places the first caller in the conference? subsequent callers can them be transfered to the direct meet-me extension.

For instance, I get a call. I transfer that person to extension xxxx. That extension places the person in meet me. Subsequent callers can now be transfered to yyyy the meet me line directly since it has now been initialized.

Anything to shed some light on the issue will help thanks!!
